Vineyards
Hoffman Lane
Planted on the Western benchland of Napa Valley in excessively drained, Cortina-loam soil, this small vineyard benefits from cool mornings and warm afternoons. This vineyard is planted on the Elyse Winery Property and has been the backbone of our brand for 20 years. Wine from this vineyard has been proven to last 20 years+.
Camusi
Located just across a dirt road from the Hoffman Lane vineyard, this small vineyard holds the six varietals of Bordeaux (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Carmenere). These vines thrive in the extremely stony, Cortina-loam soil.
Mitchell Vineyard
Just a few hundred yards west of Hoffman Lane and Camusi Vineyard, the Mitchell vineyard is located on the knolls of the Mayacamas mountain range. These well-drained Sobrante-loam soils, originally derived from sandstone, help to produce exceptional Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Hayne
One of the most sought after Petite Sirah vineyards in the world, the historic Hayne vineyard was planted in the early 1900’s and has been owned by the Hayne Family since 1872. These old vines are located on the Southwest edge of St. Helena and are planted in very gravelly and excessively drained Cortina-loam soil.
Chavez Leeds
Planted on the Western benchland of Rutherford, in Maxwell-clay and Pleasonton-loam soils, is this beautiful dry-farmed vineyard made up of head trained and double cordon trained vines. Frank Leeds and his family are known throughout the valley for their farming expertise and we have been honored to work with them.
